This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legally binding contract between you (“User”) and LinguaFlow e.U. (“Provider”) for the use of the LinguaFlow App (“App”).
1. Grant of License
The Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for the private, non-commercial use of the App. All rights not expressly granted remain with the Provider.
2. Use of the App
- The App may only be used in accordance with applicable law.
- Modification, reverse engineering, decompilation, or distribution of the App are not permitted.
- The content of the App is protected by copyright.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
Paid features are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the respective store. Fees already paid are non-refundable. Prices are listed in the store listings.
4. Data Protection
Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
The app serves exclusively as a language learning tool. No guarantee is given for learning success or error-free operation. The provider is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages or data loss is excluded.
6. Termination of Use
The provider may suspend or terminate access in the event of misuse. Users may uninstall the app at any time.
7. Changes to the App and Terms
The provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue the app. Updates to this EULA will be published on linguaflow.app.
8. Applicable Law
Austrian law applies exclusively.
