This End User Licence Agreement (EULA) is a legally binding contract between you (“User”) and LinguaFlow e.U. (“Provider”) for the use of the LinguaFlow App (“App”).
1. Grant of Licence
The Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for the private, non-commercial use of the App. All rights not expressly granted remain with the Provider.
2. Use of the App
- The App may only be used in accordance with applicable law.
- Modification, reverse engineering, decompilation or distribution of the App are not permitted.
- The contents of the app are protected by copyright.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Paid features are processed via Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the respective store. Fees already paid will not be refunded. Prices are shown in the store listings.
4. Data Protection
Data processing is governed by our privacy policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
The app is intended solely as a language learning aid. No guarantee is given regarding learning success or error-free operation. The provider is liable only in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages or data loss is excluded.
6. Termination of Use
The provider may suspend or terminate access in the event of misuse. Users may uninstall the app at any time.
7. Changes to the App and Terms
The provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue the app. Updates to this EULA will be published on linguaflow.app.
8. Applicable law
Austrian law applies exclusively.
